"It's never too late to completely change your entire life. To become a better person. To become an asset to this world. To be of service to humanity. To transcend your Earthly predicament with love, compassion and humility. Never believe it is too late to rise to a higher vision. Each day is a fresh, beautiful opportunity to attain a pure heart. Correct your actions. Become a living embodiment of the Supreme; full of wisdom and loving kindness. All that is of Good will lift you up into Ultimate Reality when you emanate Goodness. The Illumined Ones will assist you. You are not alone. You will attract that which you are in your heart."

Be Neutral, and Feel Deeply
Whistling Breath to feel Good!
"The technique of whistling for meditation is very simple and familiar. It is only a little more complex than whistling done for pleasure. The lips and ears play a part in this technique.
When you whistle, neutralize your energy like you are calling on Infinity. Whistle to call the Divine to come in."
Simply pucker your lips, sitting in conscious sukasana (easy pose or in a chair), close your eyes and focus at your Third Eye, the Ajna Chakra point between the eyebrows, and Inhale a whistle through the lips and exhale through the nose. Or, reverse and inhale nose and exhale through puckered lips with a whistle. Focus on the feeling, sound and texture of the whistle and breath with the ears, skin and nose.
3-11 minutes.
The vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve and derives its name from the Latin word for "wandering" as it wanders from the brain stem through the organs in the neck, chest and abdomen and affects the motor and sensory parasympathetic fibers to the transverse colon. It will affect the heart rate, intestinal peristalsis, sweating, speech, and numerous muscle movements of the mouth.
This pranayama brings balance and a sense of harmony, well being and joy to you in a few minutes.
Enjoy!
