Everyone carries trauma. The depth of the wounding and type of experience can be the root cause of our physical, mental and emotional sufferings. Our resiliency is completely impacted by our experiences. We may not remember what happened or we may suffer from a continuous replaying of events and we may still be experiencing trauma. Trauma and our relationship to it impacts us on a holistic level. The last decade has brought tremendous and powerful new research and means for acknowledging the way we experience trauma and what we do with that experience.

During 6 Live Streaming classes, a strong and sacred container for trust and deep caring is created where we will mindfully venture into somatic experience (felt) and rekindle a relationship with our inner resources and strength. This course is not about necessarily reliving our traumatic events. It is providing you a path into your being to grow a new resource to increase and strengthen resiliency. Changing your relationship to the memory, to the feelings that arise consciously and subconsciously is a proven means to integrating and finding an entire new outlook and inner environment.

A holistic approach to integrating and changing our relationship to our experience places the power back into the hands of the one experiencing the trauma and gently dissolves the grip the trauma has on the individual.

Holistic integration involves all aspects of our being. Integrating fragmented pieces of ourselves provides us with a true sense of Self, which in many traumatic events may be taken from us.

This course is open to any and all individuals willing and able to commit to the 6 month course. To create and hold this sacred space, most especially in a virtual classroom, your commitment and presence is essential. Together we will hold each other with integrity, confidentiality and grace. I welcome you with a pure and open heart into this course and will make myself personally available off line as we progress along. I have the utmost confidence that together we can grow and find new connections to ourselves and each other that will build our most important resources for resiliency.

Due to the nature of this work and my hope to welcome any and all that want to commit to this, I offer a sliding scale for those financially unable to meet the suggested fee.
